PetRx: Inventory Management Dashboard

        This project focuses on applying descriptive analytics and data visualization to the inventory system of Pet RX Animal Clinic, a veterinary and pet supply store in Bocaue, Bulacan. The study uses a real dataset containing product inventory, pricing, cost, and profitability information to analyze stock performance, profit contribution, and inventory efficiency.

        Using data preprocessing techniques such as data cleaning, standardization, and transformation, the dataset was prepared for accurate analysis. The processed data was then visualized using a dashboard to provide meaningful insights on stock levels, profitability, product turnover, and restocking needs.

The dashboard helps identify critical inventory issues such as products below reorder points, items nearing expiration, and high-performing product categories. These insights support data-driven decision-making to improve inventory management, reduce losses, and maximize profitability.
